Hello, my name is Cindy. Together with my partner Luc, we founded Alternative Solaire, specializing in off-grid electrical systems.

How do you qualify your clients?
"We either do it over the phone when they contact us, or in person during evaluations. For us, it’s very important to fully understand our clients’ needs."

What challenges did you face before using Otonomi DX?
"Before using Otonomi DX, I spent a lot of time on the phone explaining information to clients, and unfortunately, projects didn’t always come to fruition."

Where do you lose the most time in your daily processes?
"The most time-consuming part of our commercial process is preparing quotes. Every project is customized, so we don’t do approximations; we personalize each project according to the client’s specific request."
